MTN Hires Former US Attorney-General to Sort $3.9bn Fine

Telecommunications giant, MTN, has intensified its efforts
to ward off a $3.9 billion fine by the Nigerian
Communications Commission (NCC) for failing to
disconnect unregistered sim cards, by hiring a former US
Attorney-General Eric Holder to negotiate the fine imposed
last year.
